About this site

In order to make the site more user friendly all site linking is performed using text based links without the use of javascript within the links. However some links will still open a new window; or a new tab in "Firefox" browsers. These new windows do use javascript; but held within a separate file; therefore javascript enabled browsers will open a new window [or tab] non javascript browsers will ignore the script and the content will be placed in the existing window. Repairs and Servicing

We undertake the repair and servicing of most computer systems throughout the Kent area, the majority of repairs are carried out on site. Information regarding this service may be found under "Repairs and Service".

Data Recovery

Data recovery is another area of our services, recovering your important data from failed or corrupt hard drives, after virus or spy ware attack, or when it has been deleted by accident.
This can be a lengthy procedure and is therefore not normally carried out on site. However we can make a call to collect the unit in question, we would normally only require the problem hard drive.

Computer Systems

Alpha Computer Services produce computer systems built to order, we will also produce systems specifically to your own specification and requirements. All systems are built to the highest standards of quality from high quality parts.

An on site delivery and installation service is available, this information will also be found on the respective site pages.
For systems built to you own specification please send an E-mail stating your requirements, we will then send you a quote for this unit by return E-mail.

Downloads & Technical Q & A

You will find a range of programs and utilities available for free download. The majority are free for personal use. Many I have tested and used myself before making them available.

There is a technical Questions & Answers section with lots of information to help solve everyday problems. Technical articles are also available. I am constantly adding to these.

Most of the documents in "Downloads" and "Questions & Answers" are printable; those that are not currently printable will be made so in due course. Look for the button "Print this Document" placed at the bottom of the respective page.
